Or, as Frugaldad dubbed them, cinnabiscuits.
In a pie plate, I melted 3 tbsp butter and mixed it with 1 tbsp brown sugar. I made up some buttermilk biscuit dough but added a couple tablespoons of sugar. I patted the dough into a thin rectangle and spread it with cinnamon-sugar from the shaker that resides on the counter for toast. Roll up the dough, slice it into 10-12 pieces, put in the pie plate, bake for 12-14 minutes at 450. They turned out a touch dry so we put butter on them, but you could also whip up a quick glaze while they bake. (I was packing sack lunches instead of thinking about frosting.)
I think looking for the recipe for the biscuit dough that I didn't use (because I still can't find it!) took longer than actually making these cinnabiscuits!
